General Conditions of Sale

All goods supplied by Bromfield Sand & Gravel Co. Ltd will remain our property until final payment is received.  Bromfield Sand & Gravel Co. Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer an additional cost for the following:-               

• Waiting time & Multi-drops may be chargeable after 30 minutes              
• Sufficient space & access for delivery must be provided; delivery may be declined if it is deemed unsafe.  Returned loads will be chargeable           
• Customers ordering vehicles off the public road do so entirely at their own risk and will be responsible for any damage or recovery costs incurred 
• A responsible adult must be available to receive and sign for the delivery or leave adequate instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for any load dropped or tipped in the wrong place
