Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders (placed Monday to Thursday) within 24 hours from receipt of order.
Deliveries placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays - then the delivery will be on the Tuesday).
The following check list is provided as guide to help you ensure that delivery is achieved in the safest possible manner.
- Deliveries are made between 7:30am and 4:30pm weekdays.
- You (or a designated individual) must be available to sign for the goods, with a contact number supplied if different to your own.
- Have you given the correct address details, including postcode and contact telephone number?
- Are there any low hanging branches? Vehicles may not be able to get under these, so please check.
Please note that if you do have delivery restrictions we are usually able to make special arrangements to accommodate them, but it is critical that you provide us with as much information as possible. Smaller 7.5 tonne vehicles can be arranged if the usual size of delivery vehicle is too large. It is your responsibility to advise us of any delivery restrictions you may have prior to the goods being despatched, along with your full delivery address including postcode and contact telephone number.
Deliveries are made between 7.30 a.m and 4.30 p.m week days. If you require your order delivering within a specific time-frame, we can usually stipulate a morning or afternoon service.
We aim to deliver all goods within 24 hours of receipt of order. However we cannot be accountable for late deliveries as a result of factors outside our control, such as increased traffic during seasonal holidays, severe weather conditions and breakdown of delivery vehicles.

Please note that if the driver considers your access unsuitable for what ever reason he is well within his rights to refuse to unload or unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which may well be at the side of the road. Charges will be incurred if you have unsuitable access, see Terms and Conditions for more information. If, when the driver delivers, he cannot obtain a signature, the delivery may be returned for delivery at a later date.
